The coronavirus pandemic is of course a highly difficult and challenging time for us all.
Here at Midland Financial Solutions, we want to reassure our clients that we are absolutely committed to supporting them at this time. Not only are we all concerned for our loved ones, we are concerned about our financial futures too.
Supporting our clients and keeping our colleagues safe are our top priorities.
So, what are we doing at Midland Financial Solutions to keep ourselves and our customers safe?
All our staff are now working from home to try and help with the efforts to limit the spread of coronavirus. It is very important that at this time, before the infection has hit its peak in the UK, we all adhere to the Government’s self-distancing measures as far as we possibly can as this has been shown to be the most effective way of reducing the spread. The last thing we want is for the NHS to be overwhelmed with patients at the critical time.
However, rest assured that our new remote working policies absolutely do not affect the ability of our clients to contact us. We have full telephone and email access. With the exception of not conducting any face to face meetings at this time, we are working normally.
Lastly, we also want to thank our clients sincerely for the support they have shown to us and for their understanding during these unprecedented times.
We will work together to get through this.
